Le Novo Café

The Novo opened its doors in September 2010 in Aix-en-Provence, at the corner of two major arteries of the city. Ideally located between the old town and the new shopping districts, Le Novo is a modern and innovative concept of establishment open to all.
In the morning we welcome you from 7am for a full French breakfast. Like a café in the centre of his neighbourhood, Aix scrolls to the counter to wake up gently.

It is at noon that Italian, and Provencal flavours are expressed through the menu of the restaurant, which is called modern brewery. The chef cooks in front of you, and responds to all requests.

In the evening the Spanish tapas revisited change the spirits. Original burgers and tartars are also available. Cocktails house, wine cellar, beers of the world, Le Novo changes face again. The light is dim, the music is needed. From the aperitif to the front box, all meet there for a moment of adequate relaxation.
